Based in the beautiful setting of a 66 acre oak forest, Glenholt Park is located four miles North of Plymouth, perfectly positioned between city and countryside,
with spectacular views of the rolling Plym Valley. Due to redevelopment there are currently a number of large plots available for purchase. Most homes on the park benefit from stunning views over the Dartmoor forest.

All park homes are carefully sited to enforce the creation of our very own private community where everybody can feel safe and secure. With a full site maintenance team on hand and an office which is manned 7 days a week from 9am – 5pm, everything runs smoothly and is well taken care of. With a bus stop on the park itself, offering convenient transport to Plymouth city and other local amenities, Glenholt’s location offers both privacy, and everything you could
possibly need to enjoy that privacy, on your doorstep.

The Barton family enjoy building personal relationships with all their clients. Father and son owners of the Barton Homes Group, Charles and Charlie Barton, personally visit each park on a regular basis to ensure that everything is up to standard and that everyone is happy.

“At Barton Park Homes you are one of the family and we look forward to welcoming you.”

Charlie Barton Junior - Managing Director

Park Life

We work hard to make Glenholt Park a place where you can relax and enjoy your retirement in a safe and tranquil environment.

Surrounded by majestic woodland, these carefully sited park homes in the heart of the Devon countryside form a warm and welcoming community comprised of like minded people who appreciate the comfort and ease of living in a retirement park home. Here at Glenholt Park, you will feel safe and secure in the knowledge that the Park Manager is on hand to make sure that you, and the park as a whole, are well looked after.

Although peacefully tucked away, all amenities are close at hand. The doctor’s surgery, post office and Spar shop are all within two minutes walk of the park. Asda and Tesco are also nearby, not to mention there is a bus stop on the park itself for transport to Plymouth city centre.

Glenholt Park is a friendly place, however there is also plenty of opportunity for privacy; each home is surrounded by its own private garden area. Pets are welcomed at the Park Manager’s discretion.
